By installing or playing Pop the Sum you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.
Using the game
Pop the Sum is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the game or any part of it, and you may not use cheats, modified clients, or automated tools to alter how it behaves.
Free to play
Pop the Sum is completely free and offers no purchases. Coins, gems, boosters, scores and streaks earned in the game have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between devices or players. They are earned only by playing, and they are stored on your device only — so they are lost if the game is uninstalled.
Ads
The game is funded by advertising. Some ads appear between levels or when the app opens; others are optional and reward you with extra moves or boosters when you choose to watch them. Some parts of the game require an internet connection to show an ad before play continues. We do not control which specific ads are shown. If you see an ad you believe is inappropriate, please report it to us with a screenshot and we will pass it to the ad provider.
Your game progress
Progress is stored only on your device. We do not run accounts or cloud saves, so we cannot recover progress that is lost when you uninstall the game, reset the device, or switch phones. Please treat your progress as local and temporary.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game, including its levels, difficulty and rewards, at any time. We may also stop supporting older devices or operating system versions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer and liability
Pop the Sum is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the game — which, as the game is free, is nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot legally be waived.
Ending these terms
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend access if these terms are broken, for example by tampering with the game.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
